1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

When you inquire about our services, book an event, or communicate with us, we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide. This includes your full name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and any other contact information necessary to communicate with you about your event. For billing purposes, we may also collect your company name, billing address, and tax identification number if applicable.

1.2 Event-Specific Information

To plan and execute your event successfully, we collect detailed information about your celebration. This includes the event date, venue location, estimated and confirmed guest counts, event type (wedding, corporate event, quinceañera, etc.), dietary restrictions and allergies of guests, accessibility requirements, vendor preferences, design and décor preferences, budget parameters, and any special requests or cultural considerations that may influence planning decisions.

For weddings and personal celebrations, we may also collect information about family members, wedding party participants, and VIP guests to ensure proper coordination and seating arrangements. This information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

1.3 Guest Information

When managing RSVPs and guest communications on your behalf, we may collect and process information about your event guests, including their names, contact information, meal preferences, accessibility needs, and RSVP responses. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate consent from your guests before sharing their information with us, and we will only use guest information for the purpose of executing your event.

1.4 Payment Information

When you purchase our services, payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Square, or PayPal. We do not directly store your complete credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking details on our servers. Our payment partners are PCI-DSS compliant and maintain industry-standard security measures. We may retain the last four digits of your payment card and transaction records for accounting and customer service purposes.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed on our site, time spent on each page, click patterns, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to analyze website traffic, improve user experience, and optimize our marketing efforts.

1.6 Communications

We retain records of all communications between you and our team, including emails, text messages, phone call logs, video conference recordings (when disclosed and consented to), and notes from in-person meetings. These records help us maintain service continuity, resolve disputes, improve our services, and ensure we deliver on the commitments made during planning discussions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our event planning services. Specifically, we use your information to respond to inquiries and provide quotes; plan, coordinate, and execute your event; communicate with you about event details, timelines, and logistics; process payments and maintain financial records; coordinate with venues, vendors, and service providers on your behalf; send appointment reminders and planning milestone updates; and fulfill our contractual obligations to you.

Beyond service delivery, we may use your information to send promotional communications about our services, special offers, and industry insights—but only with your consent and with an easy opt-out mechanism. We also use aggregated, anonymized data to analyze trends, improve our website and services, develop new offerings, and conduct internal research. In certain circumstances, we may use your information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from authorities, or protect our legal rights.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 Vendors and Service Providers

To execute your event, we share necessary information with third-party vendors involved in your celebration. This may include caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, DJs, bands, rental companies, transportation providers, venues, officiants, bakeries, lighting technicians, security personnel, valet services, and other event professionals. We share only the information required for each vendor to perform their specific role, and we expect all vendors to maintain appropriate confidentiality.

We maintain relationships with trusted vendor partners and carefully vet new vendors before engaging them. However, once information is shared with a vendor, their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review vendor privacy practices if you have specific concerns.

3.2 Business Operations Partners

We work with third-party service providers who assist our business operations, including cloud storage providers (for secure document storage), customer relationship management platforms, email marketing services, accounting software providers, project management tools, and communication platforms. These partners are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes we specify.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

3.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information in other ways if you have given us explicit consent to do so. For example, if you participate in a testimonial, case study, or styled shoot, we will obtain your written consent before publishing any identifying information or photographs.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies—small text files stored on your device—to enhance your browsing experience. Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function properly and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) help us understand how visitors interact with our site, which pages are most popular, and how users navigate between pages. Marketing cookies may be used to deliver relevant advertisements and track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert you when a cookie is being set. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality. For more information about cookies and how to manage them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest, secure password protocols, regular security assessments, limited access controls (only team members who need information to perform their duties may access it), and secure disposal of physical documents containing personal information.

While we strive to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk. We encourage you to use strong passwords, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For active clients, we retain event planning records, contracts, and communications for the duration of our engagement and for a period of seven (7) years following event completion to comply with tax and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and address any post-event needs.

For prospective clients who inquire but do not book, we retain contact information for up to two (2) years to follow up on future event needs, unless you request earlier deletion. Marketing and analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely for business analysis purposes.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Access and Correction

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if any information is inaccurate or incomplete. To exercise this right, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.

7.2 Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. We may need to retain certain information for legal compliance, contract enforcement, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes. If deletion is not possible, we will explain the reasons and discuss alternative options, such as anonymization.

7.3 Marketing Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails, replying “STOP” to text messages, or contacting us directly. Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to your event or our ongoing business relationship.

7.4 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no uniform standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. At this time, our website does not respond to DNT signals, but we respect your privacy choices and encourage you to manage your preferences through browser settings and cookie controls.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise your CCPA rights, please contact us using the information below. We will verify your identity before processing your request. California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days, as required by law.

9. Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. However, if you are a Nevada resident and wish to submit an opt-out request, please contact us using the information provided below.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. While we may collect information about minors who are guests at events (such as for meal counts or special accommodations), this information is provided by their parents or guardians as part of the event planning process. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

11. International Data Transfers

Our business is based in the United States, and we primarily serve clients in the Las Vegas metropolitan area and throughout Nevada. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or services that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of external websites.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website.
